Dr Hass Clinic is a trading name of Advanced Facial Aesthetics Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13659477), registered office 27 Hill Street, W1J 5LP, London. All treatments are led by Dr Hasaneen Al Janabi MBBS (Lond) BSc (Hons) MRCS (ENT), a GMC-registered doctor.

5. Booking and Consultations
5.1 Online Booking
Consultations can be booked online through our booking platform at partner-uk.pabau.com/online-bookings/drhassclinic. By booking, you agree to provide accurate information and to attend your scheduled appointment.
5.2 Consultation Fees
Consultations are £100 in clinic (30 minutes) or £50 by video (15 minutes). The consultation fee is deducted in full from the cost of your treatment if you go ahead with treatment.
5.3 Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. For consultations, the deposit is the consultation fee.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- 48 hours’ notice or more: you can cancel or reschedule, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: your deposit will be retained to cover the reserved time, which we are usually unable to rebook at short notice
- No show: your deposit will be retained
Important: To keep your deposit, please give at least 48 hours’ notice of any cancellation or change by calling 020 8168 8178 or emailing info@drhassclinic.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5.4 Medical History
You must provide complete and accurate information about your medical history, medications and previous treatments. If relevant information is withheld, it may increase the risk of complications and may affect our ability to treat you safely.
6. Treatment Terms and Conditions
6.1 Pre-Treatment Requirements
- Medical Assessment: All treatments require a thorough medical consultation and assessment
- Medical History: Complete disclosure of medical history, medications, and previous treatments is mandatory
- Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Age Verification: Valid photo ID required to confirm age (18+ for all treatments)
6.2 Treatment Information
- Treatment effects and duration vary depending on the specific procedure
- Some treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results
- Temporary side effects such as swelling, bruising, or redness may occur
- Specific pre and post-treatment instructions will be provided during consultation
- Results develop at different rates depending on the treatment type
6.3 Contraindications
Treatment will be refused if you have:
- Active skin infections or inflammation in treatment area
- Unrealistic expectations about results
- Body dysmorphic disorder or psychological contraindications
- Autoimmune conditions (case-by-case assessment)
- Blood clotting disorders
- Allergies to treatment components
6.4 Risks and Complications
All aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks and potential complications. You will be provided with detailed information about specific risks during your consultation and will be required to sign a comprehensive consent form before any treatment proceeds.
6.5 Treatment Guarantees and Limitations
- No Guarantee: Results cannot be guaranteed and vary between individuals
- Touch-ups: Complimentary touch-ups may be offered within specified timeframes for certain treatments
- Revision Policy: Additional treatments may be required at additional cost
- Realistic Expectations: Before/after photographs represent individual results only
6.6 Aftercare Obligations
Patients must:
- Follow all written aftercare instructions provided
- Attend follow-up appointments as scheduled
- Report any concerns or complications immediately
- Avoid specified activities as advised post-treatment
- Use recommended skincare products and sun protection
6.7 Treatment Intervals
Minimum intervals between treatments will be advised based on the specific procedures and individual assessment. Combination treatments may require specific scheduling considerations.
6.8 Emergency Procedures
In case of complications:
- During clinic hours, contact us immediately on 020 8168 8178
- Outside clinic hours, message or email us and we will respond as soon as possible
- If you have a serious concern, such as severe pain, changes in skin colour, vision changes or difficulty breathing, seek urgent medical attention by calling 999 or going to your nearest A&E

When you make an enquiry, we will reply by WhatsApp, phone or email using the details you provide. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. You can tell us at any time if you would prefer not to be contacted by a particular method.
