Most patients undergoing Ultherapy or Thermage require topical numbing cream, and some need additional pain relief, because those devices generate more intense, less controlled heat at the treatment depth.

I initially had a remote consult with Dr Hass - really helpful - and was immediately impressed and subsequently booked a full face and neck endolift however, when he saw me in person he advised I didn’t need the neck treatment - obviously he doesn’t over-sell. I mentioned an area of concern and he advised he could treat it with Botox. It’s now day four and after the full face endo plus Botox there are hardly any marks, swelling was never major but that’s subsided and I don’t think I’ll have a lot of bruising. Clearly, Dr Hass knows what he’s doing. I can’t review the results as they take 3-6 months. The clinic is pleasant and spotless. Pre and after care is emailed and gives clear and simple instructions. Dr Hass has a relaxed yet professional style and manner, plus he’s astute! I left him feeling good about myself - that rarely happens! I very much look forward to my check up in 3 months’ time.
