Initial consultations are charged at £100. This fee is non-refundable but may be credited towards treatment costs if you proceed with recommended treatments.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement:

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• 48 hours or More Notice: Appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled without losing the deposit
• Less than 48 hours Notice: Full deposit will be forfeited
• No Show: Full consultation fee charged plus deposit forfeited

Important: To avoid losing your deposit, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Please contact us at 020 8168 8178 or info@drhassclinic.co.uk to make changes to your appointment.

5.4 Medical History

You must provide complete and accurate medical history information. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment complications and will void any liability on our part.
