What Endolift Body actually treats

Endolift Body uses a laser fibre finer than a hair, placed beneath the skin under local anaesthetic, to contract existing collagen immediately and stimulate new collagen for months afterwards.

Abdomen and lower stomach laxity
Upper arms, commonly known as bingo wings
Thighs, inner and outer
Knees and elbows
Buttocks and banana rolls

It tightens skin and refines small, lingering fat pockets in the same session. It does not remove significant excess skin or large volumes of fat, which is exactly why candidate selection matters.

Who is an ideal candidate

You’re likely a strong candidate for Endolift Body if your laxity is mild to moderate, rather than advanced.

Skin that has lost some firmness but still has reasonable elasticity
Laxity following moderate weight loss, typically under four stone, or pregnancy
A preference for local anaesthetic over general, and minimal downtime
Realistic expectations: a gradual, natural-looking improvement rather than a surgical-level result
A small, lingering fat pocket alongside the loose skin, which Endolift Body addresses in the same session

Age isn’t the deciding factor. Skin quality and the amount of laxity present matter far more, which is why suitability at Dr Hass Clinic is judged by assessment, not by a number.

Who may not be suitable

Endolift Body has real limits, and we’d rather say so plainly than oversell it.

Significant excess skin, particularly a persistent overhang that doesn’t change with posture
Very poor skin elasticity, often following major or rapid weight loss
A substantial fat pocket rather than a small, residual one
Expectations of a result comparable to surgical body contouring

In these situations, Endolift Body alone is likely to under-deliver, and we’ll say so at consultation rather than proceeding anyway.

Endolift Body compared to the alternatives

Versus Profhilo Body. Profhilo Body is an injectable that hydrates and modestly firms the skin, suited to very early laxity. It’s a lower-cost entry point, but results last 6 to 12 months against 2 to 3 years for Endolift Body, so it suits a different starting point rather than competing directly.

Versus Laser Liposuction. Where a genuine, substantial fat pocket sits alongside the loose skin, Laser Liposuction removes the fat and tightens the skin in the same appointment. It’s the better fit once fat, not skin, is the dominant concern.

Versus surgery. Past a certain volume of excess skin, no laser closes the gap. A candid conversation about surgical options is the more honest recommendation at that point, and we’ll say so rather than repeating a treatment unlikely to satisfy.

Often more than one. Stomach, arms, and thighs are commonly planned together, with sequencing advised at consultation.

Is Endolift Body painful?
It’s performed under local anaesthetic, so the treatment itself is comfortable. Mild soreness for a day or two afterwards is normal.

How long do results last?
Typically 2 to 3 years, with results continuing to develop for up to 9 months after treatment.

What if I’m not a good candidate?

From booking my initial consultation right through to aftercare, every interaction has been quick, easy and professional.

After having Endolift on my face with exceptional results, I had no hesitation in booking an Endolift body treatment for my thighs. Due to the amount of loose skin, I had always assumed surgery was my only option. I didn’t want to trade sagging skin for scars, and I also didn’t have the budget or the time for surgery and a lengthy recovery. I was therefore over the moon when Dr Hass explained that I could achieve visible skin tightening results with Endolift. I first had a consultation where Dr. Hass went through the whole procedure in detail and made me feel heard. I then came in for the actual procedure, feeling quite anxious as I never had anything similar done. The procedure went through so smoothly, and the pain was very minimal. Dr. Hass ensured I felt comfortable, and was very patient with me the entire time. He is definitely at the top of his field, so I felt safe being in his hands.
